When I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes in my 30s, I thought I was doomed to repeat my family history. I had already been coaching others on nutrition, but I still felt stuck, exhausted, and spiritually disconnected from my health.


That diagnosis became my divine wake-up call.


Everything shifted when 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 stopped me in my tracks: "Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit… so you must honor God with your body."


That’s when I stopped treating my body like a math equation and started seeing it as a place of worship.

Today, I’m a certified LiveWell Health Coach through Revelation Wellness, and I help women—especially those in midlife—reverse insulin resistance, manage diabetes well, and steward their health from a place of faith and freedom.


I’m not here to sell you a rigid plan. I’m here to remind you that you are already equipped to live well—when your strategy matches your design.
