It happened when I stopped chasing worldly wellness and finally invited Jesus into my health journey.

When I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes in my 30s, I thought I was doomed to repeat my family history. I had already been coaching others on nutrition, but I still felt stuck, exhausted, and spiritually disconnected from my health.
That diagnosis became my divine wake-up call.
Everything shifted when 1 Corinthians 6:19â20 stopped me in my tracks: "Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit⌠so you must honor God with your body."
Thatâs when I stopped treating my body like a math equation and started seeing it as a place of worship.
