This is a way of eating that is both moderately low carb and also includes lots of gut-loving goodies like the ones mentioned above. A healthy gut microbiome is central to overall health and wellbeing as well as healthy blood sugar levels. Speaking of healthy blood sugar levels, these ketobiotic breakfast sandwiches will keep your glucose stable all morning long and keep you feeling full and energized for the day!
